No se detectan cambios cuando ejecuto Python manage.py makemigrations y migro

el programa funciona eliminando abstract = True en la clase meta.después de eliminarlo cuando ejecuto python manage.py makemigrations tithe y python manage.py migrate tithe funciona bien
