PHP / MySQL:error después de eliminar una fila de la página PHP (filtrada)

este caso es el mismo que el de la pregunta data">PHP/MySQL:muestra algún error después de actualizar correctamente los datos

eso se debe a que en dashboard_engineer2.php su código mostrará datos de la base de datos si se publica la variable de equipo desde, hasta.

from delete.php redirigir a dashboard_engineer2.php siendo el método get y faltan los datos que se publicaron anteriormente

cambiar el delete.php código para ser así
