reemplazo por lotes en CodeIgniter Active Record

Pero, lamentablemente, mi respuesta en stackoverflow está limitada a 30 000 caracteres, por lo que no puedo pegar la confirmación completa, que también incluye cambios en los controladores de la base de datos.
