Todos aquellos que le dicen que use rand en la consulta SQL no han leído la pregunta. Para esas personas:el autor de la pregunta quiere una combinación aleatoria de datos de las filas, no una fila aleatoria.
Algo como esto. Tomará todos los resultados de la base de datos y repetirá una combinación totalmente aleatoria. No pude evitar usar arreglos ya que son muy útiles.
