mysqli fetch() no recupera

Es bastante divertido lo que estaba tratando de hacer aquí. tal vez por exceso de trabajo.

No estaba devolviendo nada de esta función incluso si mysqli feth devuelve verdadero.

así que modifico la declaración if($stmt->fetch()){} para devolver una matriz.
