Establecer límite de tiempo php

Posibles problemas:

• $_SESSION['book'] o $_SESSION['book_time'] o $_POST['delete'] es NULL
• $machineID contiene un ID que no existe
• $starttime contiene una hora incorrecta o la hora tiene un formato incorrecto

Intenta volcar estas variables. Si están bien, intente ejecutar la consulta manualmente.
