Puedes hacer algo como lo siguiente:

Esto crea una lista de básicamente todas las fechas. Luego filtra por las fechas que le interesan, únase a su mesa y grupo.
También puede reemplazar las fechas en la instrucción where con subconsultas (fecha mínima y máxima de su tabla) para hacerla dinámica
Es un poco una solución, pero funciona.
