He creado el siguiente @NamedQuery en la Organization clase de entidad.

_{(Utilicé anotaciones JPA estándar, pero mi proveedor era Hibernate).}

Prueba

Esta es la prueba que realicé.

TypedQuery<Organization> q = em.createNamedQuery("query", Organization.class);
