MySQLTunner es una herramienta de Perl que lo ayudará a ajustar su servidor de base de datos MariaDB/MySQL. Comprueba muchos parámetros del servidor, verifica las contraseñas de los usuarios, comprueba si hay usuarios anónimos, contraseñas inseguras (donde, por ejemplo, la contraseña es el nombre de usuario), comprueba vulnerabilidades CVE conocidas, etc.
El primer paso para ejecutar la herramienta es descargar el archivo de script del sitio web oficial https://github.com/major/MySQLTuner-perl

El comando básico para ejecutar el script es:

Para verificar también las vulnerabilidades, debe descargar el archivo vulnerabilities.csv y ejecutar el comando:
perl mysqltuner.pl --cvefile=vulnerabilities.csv
