Cursor para bucle en Oracle

Para abordar los problemas asociados con el segundo enfoque en su pregunta, debe usar

cursor variable y forma explícita de abrir un cursor y obtener datos. no es

permitido usar variables de cursor en FOR bucle:

  l_res your_table%rowtype;   -- variable containing fetching data
