No se puede validar, con la opción novalidar

No puede tener valores no únicos con un índice único. Pero puede tener valores no únicos con una restricción única impuesta por un índice no único. Incluso si inicialmente creó un índice no único, el drop index y enable sintaxis intentará recrear un índice único a menos que proporcione más detalles en el using index sección.

Por ejemplo:

SQL> create table my_table(my_column number,
  2     constraint my_constraint unique (my_column));

SQL> alter table my_table disable constraint my_constraint drop index;
