Resulta que el problema tenía que ver con los parámetros SET. Usé el siguiente código obtenido de Aquí . Para determinar qué opciones se establecieron en SQL Server Management Studio (donde funcionó la inserción). Luego, colocar cada uno de ellos en un exec antes de mi declaración de inserción hizo que las cosas funcionaran nuevamente. No necesitaba mantener todas las opciones, así que a continuación muestro las que se requieren para que funcione.

Actualización:parece que las restricciones de FK dieron como resultado el siguiente error. Lo anterior también corrigió este error.
